If you are a student, you can register with us via the Campus Doctor site. If you choose this option, please complete the online registration forms here and send your photographic ID to the practice email within 7 days. If you are a patient who is not "ordinarily resident" in the UK, there is an information leaflet available, as you should be aware that not every person is entitled to all NHS services free of charge in England.
