The practice is currently installing a new electronic patient record system called SystmOne. The new system will bring substantial benefits for both patients and staff.
We are beginning the process moving over to SystmOne now as it is replacing our current patient record system and we want as little disruption to patients and staff as possible.
We will provide updates closer to time but would advise that make sure you are up to date with prescriptions and routine appointments.
Although we are beginning well in advance, we want to thank you for you patience during this time of transition and for when we eventually move over to SystmOne.
We are located on the Ground Floor in Boots in Eldon Square Shopping Centre. There is lift and escalator access available inside the Boots and in Eldon Square.
The main transport links are the buses and the metro. The bus station is located within Eldon Square Shopping Centre. You can use the Go North East website https://www.gonortheast.co.uk/ to plan your journey to the practice. You can access the practice using the Metro: https://www.nexus.org.uk/metro/timetables-stations , the closest stations to the practice are Monument (Walk - 6mins), Haymarket (Walk – 5mins) and St James ( Walk – 6 mins).
